Our Impact and the Power of CBT

Beck Institute is a 501(c)3 nonprofit with the mission of improving lives worldwide through excellence and innovation in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy.

Though CBT is the most widely researched and evidence-based form of psychotherapy, many people are still unable to access this life-changing treatment because there simply aren’t enough well-trained therapists in their locality. With your help, we provide best-in-class CBT training to health and mental health practitioners around the world.

To date, we have trained over 45,000 health and mental health professionals. Hear from our trainees and colleagues about the power of quality CBT training:

Our Funds

Whether you want to provide general support, scholarships, or help fund training for clinicians working with members of the military and veterans, your meaningful gift provides long-lasting impact.

Named in honor of our founder, Beck Institute established the Aaron T. Beck Fund to provide annual support for the organization’s ongoing work. This fund provides support where it is needed most, from program development, to research, to scholarships, and everything in between.
The Beck Institute Scholarship Fund provides financial assistance to individuals and organizations who might not otherwise be able to afford quality CBT and CT-R training. Scholarships are awarded to individuals and organizations for workshops, webinars, and Beck Institute Certification.
In response to the mental health needs of American service members during and after deployment, the Military and Veteran Suicide Prevention Training Fund was established to provide training scholarships for mental health professionals treating U.S. military, veterans, or their families.
