Dr Reza Nejad is a clinical psychologist and director of Sehat Psychology. He has worked in both research and clinical settings, where he has developed expertise in a range of different presenting problems. He is also a clinical senior lecturer at the University of Adelaide.

He has been working as a clinical psychologist since 2000 with a variety of client groups, in both public and private settings. He has been working broadly across mental health and university settings.

He possesses the memberships of American Psychological Association (APA), Australian Psychological Society (APS), Australia & New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED) as well as The International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies (ISTSS).
