Dr. Mary Grace “Meg” Serranilla-Orquiza, is the President and Founder and a Clinical Psychologist at GrayMatters Psychological and Consultancy, Inc. She is a Registered Psychologist with 20 years of clinical practice and recognized by the Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP) as a certified specialist in assessment, counseling, and clinical psychology. She maintains active membership with the PAP and the Allied Psychology Specialist of the Dementia Society of the Philippines. Meg delivers evidence-based care—primarily Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy—to adolescents, adults, and older adults for complex cases including Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Dementia, and relational concerns. Drawing on a decade of experience in NGOs and private hospitals and her academic background, which includes a PhD in Psychology from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and an MS in Clinical Psychology from De La Salle University, she provides comprehensive services such as Psychological and Neuropsychological Assessments, and Interventions such as Individual and Group Psychotherapy. As the Director for Research and Program Development of GrayMatters, she remains active in local and international speaking and research, ensuring her practice reflects the highest standard of care.
