About
I focus primarily on an individual approach. Respect and acceptance of each client’s unique inner world are very important to me. I graduated in psychology from Adam Mickiewicz University and I am currently undergoing psychotherapeutic training in CBT at the SWPS School in Poznań. Most often I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), but I also integrate elements of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and solution-focused therapy (SFT). This makes the therapeutic process flexible and tailored to the individual needs of each person. I usually work with people struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, stress, sleep problems, a sense of being lost, personal crises, or difficulties in relationships.
