About
In 2010, I graduated from BSU with my master’s degree in clinical psychology. I am a Beck Institute Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Clinician (BICBT-CC), an achievement that demonstrates my commitment to the evidence-based treatment of adults. I am also trained in the Russian Association for CBT in Saint-Petersburg. Dr. Dmitry Kovpak is my teacher and supervisor.
Cognitive Behavior Therapy is my core approach for understanding my clients’ problems and helping them learn skills to manage symptoms and make their life better.
My work experience has involved treating clients for depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, perinatal distress, chronic pain and medical conditions.
I conduct individual and group consultation and supervision for clinicians in cognitive behavior therapy and I am published in the field of perinatal psychology, and other clinical topics in applied psychology.
I work in private practice in Saint-Petersburg and online. I am the Director of Educational Programs at Russian Association for Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy.
