About Clinical Services at Beck Institute
Beck Institute’s clinic provides evidence-based, values-focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy that can support patients who are undergoing treatment for a wide range of health and mental health conditions. Our therapists work collaboratively with psychiatrists, physicians, specialists, and other allied health professionals to ensure that their patients have the tools and support they need to feel better faster and stay better long term.
We can help patients with:
- Mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance misuse, and others
- Quality of life concerns like anger, stress, life transitions, and relationship difficulties
- Coping with illness, managing pain, medication compliance, and implementing behaviors that promote good health and improve quality of life
- Coaching and support around weight loss, dietary changes, exercise, and achieving health- and fitness-related goals
Our services are not appropriate for clients with active psychosis or medically untreated Bipolar I disorder.
Beck Institute provides therapy in person in our offices in Bala Cynwyd, PA, and via telehealth to clients living in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, DC, and other locations.
Health coaching is available via telehealth to clients located anywhere in the United States.
