About
I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, as well as a Certified Cognitive Behavior Therapist. I hold a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree and serve as a counselor at Pepperdine University. My approach is solution-focused, evidence-based, and tailored to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting change. Drawing from cognitive behavior therapy, attachment theory, and the latest advances in neurobiology, I provide practical strategies that help clients better understand themselves and overcome life’s challenges.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, substance use, life transitions, and other emotional challenges. I have extensive experience supporting immigrants and international students, providing culturally responsive care that respects each client’s background, values, and lived experiences.
I provide evaluations and clinical documentation for FMLA, California State Disability Insurance (SDI), workplace accommodations, and other mental health-related requests when clinically appropriate. Reach out to me for a free initial phone consultation, and we can work collaboratively on what you really need.
