About

I take an individual, client-centered approach in my work. Respect and acceptance of each person’s unique inner world are very important to me. I graduated in psychology from Adam Mickiewicz University and I am currently undergoing psychotherapeutic training in CBT at the SWPS University in Poznań. I primarily use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), while also integrating elements of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and solution-focused therapy (SFT). This allows the therapeutic process to remain flexible and tailored to each person’s individual needs. I most often work with people experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, stress, sleep difficulties, a sense of being lost, personal crises, or challenges in relationships.
